Umbra: Shoot Planner — Privacy Policy
Umbra doesn’t collect, store or share any of your personal information.
Your data
- Everything you add to Umbra (clients, shoots, quotes, invoices, expenses, photos and notes) is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account. The developer can’t see it.
- Umbra has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking.
Apple services Umbra uses
- Weather forecasts come from Apple Weather. Umbra sends the location of a shoot to Apple to get its forecast, under Apple’s privacy policy.
- Maps and travel times use Apple Maps.
- Smart help uses Apple Intelligence on your device. Nothing is sent to the developer.
Announcements and shared images
- Announcements from the developer are read from a public iCloud database that holds only those announcements. If you turn on Umbra news and offers, Apple delivers a notification when one is published. Nothing about you is sent.
- Images you share to Umbra stay in your own storage and iCloud.
